Now, as the founder of Simple Well-Being in Wilmington, NC, she continues her mission to empower individuals through natural, science-based, and holistic healing approaches.

Yes, chiropractic care is widely recognized as a safe and non-invasive treatment option for musculoskeletal issues. Our licensed chiropractors use proven techniques tailored to your specific needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. We also conduct thorough evaluations to determine if chiropractic care is right for you
The number of chiropractic sessions you'll need depends on various factors, including the nature and severity of your condition, your overall health, and your treatment goals. Some patients experience relief after just a few sessions, while others may require more ongoing care. During your initial consultation, our chiropractors will assess your specific situation and provide a personalized treatment plan. Our goal is to provide efficient and effective care, so you can return to a pain-free and healthy lifestyle as soon as possible.
During your first visit, our chiropractor will perform a comprehensive assessment, including a review of your medical history, a physical examination, and possibly X-rays. This helps us understand your condition and create a personalized treatment plan. You may also receive your first adjustment during this visit.
No, you do not need a referral to visit our chiropractic office. Chiropractors are primary healthcare providers, meaning you can schedule an appointment directly. However, we’re happy to collaborate with your doctor or other healthcare providers to ensure you receive the best possible care
